Business Insights for Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 is the perfect way to give a busy manager or business owner access to key business information in a graphic, easy to read format.
Select from up to 12 stylish reports to include on each user’s Business Insights Home Page, indicate the order in which they appear and how much detail is displayed. Access Business Insights from within the Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200 launcher, or directly with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Outlook, or Digital Dashboard. You can even add links to other commonly accessed web pages for greater efficiency.
While the selected Business Insights reports present high-level summary information, most offer the ability to drill down into the underlying detail file that produced the data. For example, the Top Customer report displays a pie chart showing your top customers, along with their period and year-to-date sales volume. If you want to know a bit more about Customer #1drill down and view the full Sage MAS 90 Customer Inquiry screens! From there you can pick an invoice you want more detail on, and drill down into the invoice history files to see the actual item lines, including quantity and pricing. From the Income and Balance Sheet Report, drill down ultimately to the General Ledger Detail Report.
The data is automatically refreshed through a polling process that takes place in the background, at user-defined intervals. This ensures the display of up-to-date information without having to take the time and effort to manually refresh data. You have the ability to refresh when launching Business Insights, or you may specify a time value for automatic data refreshing.
