The Library Master module is the operating system of the Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 accounting system. This module houses all the necessary system and utility programs that enable your computer to run Sage MAS 90 or Sage MAS 200. Included with the Library Master module are various reporting options offering a high degree of flexibility in the preparation of unique reports. Automatic Update	Elect to update all journals and registers, unattended, at a user-specified date and time. An Automatic Update Log file report lists each file that was selected for Automatic Update.	System Security	Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 employ a multi level security model. Access to data may be restricted by company code, by module, and by menu option/folder within modules. User codes and passwords can be assigned to individual user. Additionally, roles-based security may be used. Users are assigned to one or more roles such as 'supervisor' or 'data entry'. Roles control the specific tasks each user can access. Individual modules may offer their security function such as Payroll security by department code and customer credit limit passwords. System Menu Choices	Quickly access all system options from a well-organized menu bar, custom task menus, or the Tree View menu (similar to Windows Explorer).	Alternate Directories	Define up to 10 separate servers, disk drives and/or directory locations in which to store your data files.
System Activity Log	Tracks significant activities performed on the system, including software installation, system option changes, updates, and error conditions.	Common Information	Maintain information common to more than one module in one convenient place. Data such as tax codes, zip codes, and country codes may be maintained in one place and then easily utilized by any module requiring such data.
Rich Feature Set
Custom Task Menus	Define customized task menus by application, used to group sets of commonly performed tasks. Assign the task menus to a group of users or to an individual user.	Master Console	Use Master Console to send a system-wide broadcast message. You can log all users out of the program and restrict other users from logging in.
Fax Forms	Fax Form Definition provides an interface from within the software to create and maintain faxable Crystal forms. Fax-enabled forms, such as those created for invoices and orders, can be set up for a specific user ID and company code. This option requires that WinFax 9.0 be installed on the workstation.	Deferred Printing	Elect to print journals and reports using a deferred print option, for printing later individually or as a group.
Context Sensitive Help	From virtually every location, a help button is offered which provides context sensitive help.	Easy Access Launcher	The Sage MAS 90 and Sage MAS 200 launcher offers quick and easy access to any Sage MAS 90 function, as well as any external program installed on your computer. The launcher serves as the navigation tool bar, a home base for use of the software. The Toolbar may be customized to fit your needs, adding quick access to commonly used functions in Sage MAS 90, such as order entry, or linking to an external program such as Word or Excel.
User Lookup Customization	Customize the data lookup views by company code, and by user. Each user can see just the information that is pertinent to their task. A convenient listing report shows you the customized views established.	Business Insights Reporter	Business Insights Reporter provides an wizard-based interface from within the software to create, edit, and print reports using the Crystal Reports software.
